Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that due to larger order volumes, this may take longer during new product launches or promotions. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery times are for reference only and may change at any time.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please email hanrel1122@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order.
What is your return policy?
Please email hanrel1122@gmail.com to initiate a return. We only accept unused merchandise returned within 10 days of delivery. Any returns beyond 10 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse unjustified returns. Items should be in their original selling condition, including packaging. The condition of this item is subject to our evaluation.
